I have nothing but positive thoughts for this Roofing company. I did my homework before hiring NY NJ ROOFING and I am more than pleased with the results. I spoke with Matt one of the owners in my home for hours. He was so patient with me and all of my questions and concerns. He was so knowledgeable and knew the answer to a HVAC problem I was having after I had four professionals prior to him trying to figure out the issue. Throughout the entire process, Matt answered my calls and I made a lot. He was so professional and helpful and always a pleasure to talk to. His crew is very experienced and meticulous in doing my roof, they take pride in their work and are in communication with Matt. Matt was on my premises throughout the day and went on the roof himself to check on the work. Owner/ contractor makes a huge difference in the process from beginning to the end. The experience is more personal and the work is impeccable. His prices are very reasonable and I am so glad I gave him the opportunity to meet with me. I strongly recommend that if you are in need of.a Roof or gutters or windows, please do your homework then call Matt. You will not be sorry. Matt was very quick to respond to my call. He took the time to walk me through all the details that he found when inspecting my roof. It was clear from the video that he was giving me a level headed fact based assessment. Not knowing much about roofs I had a number of questions and matt patiently explained the answers. At no point did I feel like he wanted to move on to a "higher paying job". Finding an honest and articulate repair person is really critical to protecting your investment in your home. I am very glad I found NY/NJ Roofing and will use his services in the future. I highly recommend this company!
